The State of Michigan requires the registered owner of an impounded vehicle to retrieve their vehicle. In the absence of the registered owner, they may authorize a third party to pick up the vehicle.

If you would like to authorize someone to pick up your vehicle, you must fill out this form in its entirety.

In addition, you must send a copy of your government issued ID or driver’s license to dispatch@grahamstowing.com.
